What is real: exercises can ease convergence problems and screen fatigue, and in children, doctors can slow myopia progression with outdoor time, specific lenses or drops — prescribed by an eye specialist, not a website.

"Could my blurry vision be cataract?" Possibly — typical signs are cloudy or dim vision, glare and halos around lights at night, faded colours, and frequent prescription changes, usually after 50.
